45-POUND STRUT SET

We had a shipping issue before I knew we had one. I got a message to call asap. I called the next day and they said they would send out a new shipment asap. Product received, easy peasy install, and the struts work great. Thanks!

I have an older Packasport which originally had spring struts. Over time they became weak enough that the Packasport lid wouldn’t stay up! For sometime I used a drumstick to wedge it open which was awkward and annoying! The new struts fit my older Packasport perfectly! Thanks

45 lb strut set fit perfect and my carrier works like new again.

There was no timeline or shipping tracking provided, so I guess that was a nice surprise when they showed up quickly, but a little stressful because I needed then for an upcoming trip.
Also, it could have been a little easier to cross-reference the right set for my box, but I figured it out and everything worked out.
