Return Policy

At Packasport, we take pride in our meticulously crafted rooftop cargo boxes. We believe that our products are of the highest quality and have been designed to cater to the needs of adventurous souls who love to explore the outdoors. However, we understand that sometimes even the most perfect product may not meet the expectations of every customer. That's why we have put together a comprehensive return policy to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

We offer a 30-day refund policy for all our rooftop cargo boxes. This means that if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase, and we will honor your refund. You can return the product to us by shipping back to our production facility or to a participating retail outlet.

However, there are a few exceptions that apply, and we would like to bring them to your attention.

  • We require all returns to be in the original product packaging. This applies to both the cargo box and its accessories.
  • The returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use. We want to make sure that our products are returned to us in the same condition as they were when they left our production facility. 
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that is trackable and insured for your protection.

We would also like to mention that Custom Colors cargo carriers are a final sale and excluded from our return policy. This is due to the custom nature of the product, which is designed specifically to meet your color requirements. Therefore, we encourage you to double-check your specifications before placing your custom order.
