I had bought a used Packasport rooftop box and it was missing a few of the hold-down knobs (previous owner had replaced with regular nuts from a hardware store. The new knobs from Packasport are much better than the original ones. Very sturdy and obviously a higher quality plastic and brass item. Glad I ordered all 8 rather than just the ones that were missing.

The knobs and brackets are super solid. Snug fit on my LC200 OEM roof rack. I immediately put them to the test on a two day road trip. Huge upgrade to my previous set up.

I really liked them but you need to include washers so they don't get bound up by the carpet and crush the fiberglass.

However, does not fit my older rooftop Packasport unfortunately. Factory holes are spaced closer together on the old school boxes.
